There just never seems to be enough time in my daily schedule anymore. Seriously. It frustrates me so much. I mean...I love to sleep, but there are so many things that I want to do any given day and there never seems to be enough time to work on them all.
Big sad face.
I had the best time on Sunday visiting with my "stick girl" and my God Babies. I just love spoiling them. We had quite a few hungry, football watching men to feed, so we planned a "Make Your Own Sub" station. It was simple, fun, and ever so yummy. Great food to watch the Redskins completely screw up a ball game against the Vikings. Gah!
I am sewing again. It makes me "sew" happy. There are 14 bizillion projects on my mental list. I have also decided that I will be going back to college in the Spring. I am only going to take maybe one or two classes and both are art or design related.
One of the classes I want to take is glass blowing. I am super excited about learning this skill.
I also want to take a Fundamentals of Design class. I live a mere three blocks from the college. It's a perfect fit.
There goes more of my time.
I know there are lots of other people that feel the same way I do about the lack of time in their lives.
Maybe if I gave up Farmville or Frontierville or spending so much time on Facebook...but, I doubt that will happen.
Oh, I forgot to mention...there is a huge, new night club opening up next door to the restaurant in a few short weeks. It will make our business go through the roof...which means that I will have to work more and have even less "me" time, but the trade off...more money.
Then I can buy more fabric for which I will not have time to sew with...
I know...this post is "Blah, blah, blah...boring", but I must go get ready for work.
This is Home Girl and I'm not complaining...I just want more time in my day.

I completely agree...never enough seconds in the day to accomplish everything that I need OR want to get done. So happy to hear that life for you is plugging right along!
It's good to be busy, especially with creative stuff. Don't tell anyone but i can sew too. ;)
Enjoy your rush of new faces (and wallets), but remember to take a little time for yourself too. There is always time for sewing! :)
