I don't let unkind comments bother me because they are founded in hate and jealousy. (Someone had posted a comment on the previous post questioning my ability and accusing me of stealing images and claiming them as my own.)
I am a Professional Sugar Artist and a freaking awesome one, too! With technology being what it is today, one can easily find out if the image in question is the work of the blog owner.
The work you see here was all made by little ol' me.

My question is: Who in the hell calls themselves "Happy Preacher" and then posts contrite comments on blogs? WOW, that's one great preacher there!! It makes me want to run out and join a church!

Your work is incredible. And it looks like you are on of the few folks that can truly say that your vocation is your beloved avocation. How wonderful is that??
I can verify that everything you post is YOUR work and you are the MOST amazing and creative person I know. Sugar, Icing, cakes, cookies, fabric...Marlene can do it all, and do it better than anyone else.

What ever happened to any kind of civility in our country? Why are people so freaking rude? The whole "anonymity" of the internet seems to allow people to think they can be nasty, cruel, rude, obnoxious, etc. at will.
Marlene - you are a talented woman with mad skills. Thankfully, you are confident in your abilities and won't let someone get you down!!
Wow. I was intrigued and had to look at the previous post. Some people just have to put others down to make themselves feel better. Preacher is just trying to "uplift" him/her self.
