I'm On The Journey Of A Life Time
Care to join me?
Remember that song from the television show Sesame Street? The one about figuring things out through visual observations?
Okay, well sing it with me even if you don't know it. Humor Me, I deserve it.
One of these things is not like the others,
One of these things just doesn't belong,
Can you tell which thing is not like the others
By the time I finish my song?
Now, look at the 4 following photos of gorgeous food that I did make all by myself. I will give you a few minutes to ponder on your answer. When you think you have it figured out, meet me down below.
We'll see how smart you are.
Did you guess which thing was not like the others?
Did you guess which thing just doesn't belong?
If you guessed the hot dogs is not like the others,
Then you're absolutely...right!
What do the other three have in common, you ask? They are all a part of living the Paleo Lifestyle.
Don't have a clue what that is? Google it...now.
I have been living this way for the past 8 weeks and it's creating miracles in my life that I never imagined. Part of me doesn't care if anyone ever reads these future posts as that is not why I am doing this. I am doing it for me. I am doing it because I did not want to die before I was 50. I want to document my journey.
There will be good days and there will be bad, no doubt...but if I can help just one person to see there is a better way to live, a way to become healthy, and to once and for all lose what is weighing them down, then it will be worth the experience of exposing my own walk.
I consider it "Paying It Forward" because some people I adore, did it for me.
See you soon. Promise.
This is Home Girl....welcome to my new hood.
