This is my one of my favorite chandeliers in this grand home. I think there is something eerie going on in this room, too. I don't mean eerie in a bad way...just odd. I know there are spirits all over Olde Towne and most are "good spirits". The vibe in this room is very feminine and calming. This is the room where I sew. I feel welcomed and I like that.
There is also this lovely fireplace right next to where I stitch. I know....right? I have plans on sitting here every evening for the next few weeks sewing my little hands off. I have lots and lots of things planned and I will share them with you as I go. I can not believe that Christmas is quickly approaching. It will be upon us before we know it.

Life is good. I am so happy to be working in a career that I adore. It's hard work, but I have never been shy of doing what I need to do to make it. I may not have had the self confidence that I do now, but that's okay. I have accepted that life is a constant learning process and sometimes it's lessons come quickly and sometimes I must repeat them several times in order to grasp the concept.

Life is a constant learning process, and that's what stops it from getting really boring! Hard work is better than no work.
